Rabat, February 5th, 2026 – ORNX has officially signed the Preliminary Land Reservation Agreement (CPRF) with the Government of Morocco for the development of its first low-cost ammonia project. The agreement was signed in Rabat, with ORNX represented by its Managing Directors, Peter A. Gish and Pablo Pulpeiro, during a ceremony chaired by the the Head of Government of Morocco, in the presence of the CEO of MASEN (Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy) and the deputy chief of mission of the United States Embassy to Morocco.
